B is for… Being Consistent

The reason that we automate content is that it enables us to be consistent.  Being consistent helps us improve our visibility and to show that we are active on social media, reliable and knowledgable.

As part of your (social) networking strategy you should be consistently producing good content on social media (and your blog if you have one). Alternatively you might produce consistent written content on LinkedIn by writing articles. Whatever you decide to do – write a proper strategy as part of your networking strategy, make whatever you are doing consistent and stick to it.

Being consistent might be about…

  • the social media platform you use;
  • your branding and tone of voice;
  • the times of day that you are using social media;
  • the topics that you are talking about
  • how often you are using social media.
