Quick Tip: Track your Referrals

If you are building up a referral network, it is important to also track your referrals. Tracking referrals through networking can be a challenge.

However, using your CRM tools and your Networking Planner can help you keep a record of the referrals and recommendations that you make as well as those that you receive.

You should be tracking:

  • Who was referred and who referred them
  • When they were referred
  • Whether or not they converted or were sold
  • How you are going to build the relationship and follow up with them, etc.

Whatever your system – just make sure that you have one in place!
