It’s just like regular team building and internal networking, except you are not in the same physical space. In a virtual/remove networking activity, each team member is on their computer and the team interacts using an internet-connected tool: such as a chat or video conferencing tool.

Loneliness is probably the biggest downside to remote working. Making time to socialise and network with your team not only combats loneliness, but it also helps teams work together better.
