F is for…. Following

We have been taking about engaging with people on social meda and about being consistent with our content – but to do this properly you need to have a following and follow others to be able to network with them. Don’t forget it is not just about the numbers.

So who should you be following on your chosen social media platforms?

• people you know in real life.
• clients contacts and potential customers / clients.
• people you meet at networking events.
• Industry Influencers and journalists.
• people you admire and who inspire you.
• peers and people who talk about things you are interested in.

Get started and engage with these people and you will see your following grow (and your relationships deepen).
