Remote Networking Tips #22: Create Collaborative Playlists

When it comes to internal networking with your team and getting to know them better it is great to have a few team-building activities up your sleeve. A good example of one that can be used remotely is to create and share collaborative playlists such as music or podcast playlists.

For example, using Spotify (or other tools such as Listen Notes), you can create collaborative playlists that anyone on the team can listen to and help curate.

As well as for teams, this technique can also be used to share and curate playlists for networking groups that have shared interests. For example, you might curate your list for content related to a specific industry.
