Introductions. Previously we talked about polite and appropriate ways to make an introduction by asking permission to make the introduction.
Below is an example of an email that you can use to make this introduction!
Hi name of contact,
I hope you are keeping well. I wanted to reach out to introduce you to [name of contact], who is [set out relationship to you]. They are [context/background] that may be of interest to [you and/or your clients]. They are hoping to and I thought you would be a useful contact.
If you are interested and/or able, I think you two would have a great conversation and [set out benefit to making the connection]. For more information their bio can be found [here] and their contact details are below.
Please let me know if you don’t have the time or this is not of interest as I completely understand and I will politely decline for you. Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
